Kobato.
Kobato. (the full stop / period is part of the title) is one of CLAMP's newest series starting well into Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle and xxxHolic's runs and revolves around a young "girl", Kobato who's on a quest to fill a mysterious bottle she carries with healed hearts of those she encounters. Kobato is assisted by a cute yet dangerous "dog" called Ioryogi who like Kobato is more than meets the eye.
Several times throughout it's early arcs, hints are given that suggest Kobato is something much more mystical and powerful than a young girl and Ioryogi to be something a lot darker and sinister than the blue puppy mascot he first appears to be.
Likewise the series itself soon reveals itself to be deeper than it's basic premise with lots of mystery and story behind almost all the characters making the series very similar to Card Captor Sakura in many ways.
Kobato. seems to be set in the main universe as most of CLAMP's work alongside xxxHolic, Legal Drug, Card Captor Sakura and others with numerous cameos by characters from these series as well as alternate versions of characters from CLAMP's series set in other dimensions such as Chobits and Angelic Layer.
Kobato seems to have a close connection to xxxHolic most likely due to the fact that both series are set in the same dimension / world and are running at the same time.
While Watanuki and Himawari have been seen in the background in one volume, in another Kobato actually runs into the same old woman that spoke to Watanuki and Yuko in xxxHolic Episode 4, Divination and visited her house! The biggest connection however has to be one that is never really blatantly said but appears to be the case: Kobato is Watanuki's neighbour!.
They both appear to live in the same apartment building (which appears in several of CLAMP's series) and while Watanuki has only briefly mentioned the owners of the building in Kobato. we meet them and find out that they're alternate versions of Chobits' (which takes place in another dimension) Chitose and Chii!
