As previously mentioned, the two movies that were screened together in Japan though released separately will be released together in a 2 disk double pack for the American/Canadian Region 1 release.

Also a special thanks to CLAMP NOW that reports the new international CLAMP project (the manga that will be simultaneously released in several countries) will see release sometime in Spring 2009.
In related news, I highly recommend all xxxHolic fans check out the new Tsubasa OAV, Tokyo Revelations. It features a lot of Yuko and Larg (black Mokona) and certain themes will tie into the second season of xxxHolic.

Hope everyone had a great holiday season! I just got back from Australia last night and I had a blast!
Anyway, time to play catchup with the xxxHolic news and we have some pretty cool bits and pieces for you today!
First up, Amazon is now taking preorders for the first Region 1 xxxHolic DVD as well as the limited edition xxxHolic Starter Set which comes with the first DVD and a box to hold the rest of the season in. It's interesting to note that the box's look is very similar to the original Region 2 box but the artwork has been changed from the original CLAMP piece to the cd cover image for the 19 Years Old single.
Someone has uploaded a live performance of Suga Shikao singing the first season opening, 19 Years Old on YouTube here. Very cool.
A small screenshot of the second season of the anime can be seen here which is taken from a PV made to promote the series. So far that preview hasn't made it online.... yet.
