The
official xxxHolic game site has a commercial up which features some great new music from SENS (who did the music for the anime series) who look like are doing the music for the game as well. Apparently preorders for the game come with a bonus cd (am guessing the game soundtrack).
I heard talk about a second xxxHolic Anime Soundtrack coming out in the near future, I wonder if this is it?
The game is due for release in August in Japan for the Playstation 2.

CLAMP NOW has a cool report about a recent ranking released that says Card Captor Sakura is the 8th most popular anime in Japan (with readers of that specific magazine anyway).
CCS Sakura was voted the 5th fave female anime character while her Tsubasa counterpart was just below her at 6th.
CCS Syaoran was the 8th fave male character and his Tsubasa counterpart was way back in 22nd position.
Kero was the 3rd fave mascot but Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Mokona got NUMBER 2! Woo!
The Tsubasa anime itself was the 23rd fave and the xxxHolic anime, 25th.
Yuko, the dimensional witch was the 16th fave female anime character.
Pretty cool!

The
Official xxxHolic Computer Game Site has updated with several new sections and a release date for the 9th of August.
Of particular interest is
this page which has two video clips from the game that you can view by clicking on the images at the bottom of the page.
For some reason I couldn't get the links to play but maybe you'll have better luck.
The game will be an interactive story of sorts and features a lot of new artwork either by Production I.G. or someone who can mimic their style very well.
